The goal of this guide is to provide a straightforward guide to creating attachments for those that want to perform the least amount of Reverse Engineering but still want there Weapon and Armor equipped with Attachments. Attachments are such a personal decision and crafting multiple types for a variety of different players can be problematic, hence why I am creating this guide. First you will need 4 points of Expertise in Reverse Engineering, that's it. You do not need to worry about the Stat generated on the attachment going down, nor are we crafting PowerUps in this guide, so we do not require extra Luck or Reverse Engineering Chance. [image: 2271-b9ac4732a742-1785878339593.jpeg] Second make some purchases. Reverse Engineering Tool. Found under Container. [image: 2272-b022d70a1b51-1785878566372.jpeg] Also purchase +35 Power Bits. You will need both 2nd and 3rd Order Power Bits. Generally found under Wearable Container, look for something like "Power" or "35's". [image: 2273-744c4f9758ab-1785878732768.jpeg] You will need on average 24x2nd Order Power Bits, and 12x3rd Order Power Bits to complete most suits of Armor/Clothing/Weapon. You will need harvest or purchase a little bit of Metal resource, to create Modifier Bits. Every new player receives a Tuned Crafting Tool use the tool and switch over to the Misc Tab, there you will find the majority of Modifier Bits that can be created. [image: 2274-4049927b6d17-1785880226677.jpeg] Note when crafting Exotic Attachments you must start with a Exotic Modifier Bit (Example 1H Damage, Block Chance, Heal Potency Modifier Bit) instead of a base Stat Modifier Bit (Example Luck, Strength, Agility). Exotics can be placed only on a Chestplate, Shirt, Weapon. For this guide I am going to craft 3 different Stat Modifier Bits Strength, Precision, Luck (You cannot stack the same stat on one attachment). Once you have 3x Power Bits (1st or 2x2nd and a 3rd), along with 3 Modifier Bits we will begin creating an attachment. Place a 1st or 2nd Order Power bit into the Reverse Engineering Tool along with a Modifier Bit. [image: 2275-131bb00ddda1-1785880807862.jpeg] Right click the Reverse Engineering Tool, First Select Swap Attachment (choose which type you want to create), then right click again and select Create Skill Enhancing Attachment. [image: 2276-5c301ce10ad1-1785880953697.jpeg] Next take the generated Attachment and place it along with a 2nd Order Power Bit and Modifier Bit into the Reverse Engineering Tool. [image: 2277-8c216bc6b8b2-1785881154715.jpeg] Repeat the Create Skill Enhancing Attachment. This will add a 2nd Stat onto the Attachment. Now repeat the process one more time with a 3rd Order Power Bit. [image: 2278-ee368e4227c8-1785881377753.jpeg] The result is a 3x Stat Attachment. [image: 2279-04996a7405c3-1785881444832.jpeg] Drag the attachment onto a piece of unequipped Socketed Armor/Weapon/Clothing appropriate to the type of Attachment. If you already had a previous stat on a Piece of Armor/Weapon/Clothing, that you do not want, you can use what is known as a Socket Retrofit Kit to remove a previous stat. Place the gear into a Socket Retrofitting Tool and select Retrofit, then you can place a new attachment on to the gear. [image: 2280-95ff64826339-1785881688570.jpeg] Hope this guide is helpful to those looking to create there own specialized Armor/Clothing/Weapon with there own desired stats.

Goal of this guide is to start compiling details and ideas of completion. Note the listed drop rates are approximate not definite more information needs to be gathered. Almost all mobs seem to have a drop rate of about 1/20. While the Boss mobs have a Double Drop Rate of 1/2. To begin your adventure of Undead Army Hardmode visit Buc Wile in Mos Eisley. (It requires 6 players to keep the instance open and from automatically failing, 8 players max). /waypoint tatooine 3540 5 -4868 Buc Wile (Hardmode Entrance); [image: 2261-775209809fe4-1785478503823.jpeg] The Hardmode uses the same floor plan as OG ISD but with added challenge. [image: 2264-ff03725aa149-1785487777944.jpeg] Part 1 - Vheer Saxon Much like the OG ISD you will deal with Grenadier's on the balcony along with a Boss in the Center. Now called Death Watch Grenadier (Red Dot) on the balcony that are non-Elite but with more health. The Boss in the Center of the Hangar is now named Vheer Saxon - Boss (Gold Star). Click the terminal on the East side of the Hangar to begin the encounter, Vheer Saxon - Boss will give a speech and the battle will begin. First Focus on killing the Death Watch Grenadier first on the balcony first. Pikeman can reach the Grenadiers with a Kashyyyk 8m Pike. Jedi can use Force Jump to jump up on the balcony to one of the Grenadiers and later Force Jump down on Vheer Saxon - Boss. Tip turn on All Object Names to see grenades on the floor and avoid there blast radius, put all pets and familiar away before battle begins or you may get added grenades. Second Focus on the boss, if you are ranged stay at range, if you are melee stay out of the flames. Part 2 - Defeat the Squad Leader Much like the OG ISD you will need to find the Squad Leader before proceeding. The mobs in the corridor are Death Watch Alor'ad - Elite (Orange Dot), they don't hit all that hard if you are a Tank but they can hurt DPS characters, let the Tank(s) draw aggro. Reach the end of the corridor out of the east of the hangar and chat with the hologram of Commander Kenkirk? (Blue Dot) He will inform you to find the Death Watch Squad Leader. (Note there are four Death Watch Droideka (Orange Dot) in the donut room west of the elevators this is accessible later). After chatting with the hologram of Commander Kenkirk you will start to engage Death Watch Ver'alor - Elite (Orange Dot) which come from the elevators in the hangar you were previously in and the corridor you are presently in. There will be three sets of three Ver'alor that spawn before the Death Watch Squad Leader (Yellow Dot) spawns. Note these mobs including the squad leader can spawn in any elevator including in the hangar, be sure to kill the Death Watch Squad Leader before he despawns. Tip lure the Death Watch Squad Leader to where the hologram of Commander Kenkirk was and kill him there, otherwise you may keep dealing with respawn after the Squad Leader is dead. Part 3 - Map Room - Death Watch Droideka and Death Watch Ver'alor. Much like the OG ISD you will need to defeat three rounds of mobs, but first need to clear the room of Death Watch Droideka. Tip you can a Tank may be able to Area Aggro the room and lure them all to the corridor to the west of the map room and bunch them all up for AoE DPS to kill quickly. Once the Death Watch Droideka start thinning out three sets of Death Watch Ver'alor will spawn just like in OG ISD, clear them out and you may proceed to the AT-AT Hangar. Part 4 - Death Watch AT-AT Boss Hangar Stop before you enter the AT-AT Hangar, this boss can easily aggro once inside the hangar and if players start dieing the AT-ST (Gold Dot), if players start dieing AT-ST start respawning and make proceeding very difficult. Best practice here is let the Tank go in first. The Tank be ready to fire off a Defense Cooldown such as Stasis, or Void Walk..., as soon as the battle begins four AT-ST spawn use Area Aggro, they must die before you can deal damage to the AT-AT Boss (Gold Star). Depending on how long this battle goes you may burn through a couple Defense Cooldowns. It can be especially beneficial to stack two or more Damage Debuffs on the AT-AT Boss such as Flurry, Enfeeble, Thyroid Rupture. Doctor follow behind the Tank and focus on keeping the Tank alive, you may need to place them in Stasis. DPS of the group focus on taking down the AT-ST as fast as possible, once the AT-AT Boss is debuffed and the AT-ST are down the Tank may be able to hold aggro from the Boss alot easier. Part 5 - Death Watch Droideka Corridor Next you will proceed through some corridors until you can chat with Commander Kenkirk Hologram again. Tip the Tank can lure the Death Watch Droideka from the corridors to the round feature in the center of the room where the hologram of Commander Kenkirk is, there then the AoE DPS members can quickly destroy them. Part 6 - Rally Master Dal'e Shysa Boss Next you will deal with a Death Watch Grenadier's and two Death Watch Ver'alor (Orange Dot's)before reaching the end of the corridor to the west where the Boss Rally Master Dal'e Shysa is located. Have the Tank lure half or more of the Death Watch Grenadier and Death Watch Ver'alor a corner of the room you just came from for the AoE DPS members to quickly destroy. Then have the Tank focus on Rally Master Dal'e Shysa and the Interogation Droid's (Yellow Dot). Interogation Droid's like to drain action so it can be beneficial to have a GA in group. Part 7 - Chat Chief Olum Just like OG ISD you need to chat with Chief Olum and follow him to the elevator which leads to the Engine Room. There is a Droideka around the corner if you want a chance at loot kill it, but recommend having Chief Olum walking to the elevator first, you cannot chat with him while in combat. Part 8 - Corridor to the Engine Room and Death Watch Boarders Just like OG ISD you need to clear the mobs in the Engine Room before you can proceed. Just like OG ISD you can skip the mobs in the corridor by running past them and clear the Engine Room and run back to the elevator. There is a low chance every one of these mobs will drop loot. In the corridor you will encounter Death Watch Crusaders (Orange Dot), and Death Watch Boarder (Yellow Dot). Death Watch Boarder deal AoE damage and if you have enough stacked together they can hurt alot. When you kill a Death Watch Crusader you generally cause more Death Watch Boarder's to spawn. You can lure one by one with a pet and keep your distance, if you have two tanks in the group you can have one tank hold aggro of one Death Watch Boarder while the other hold multiple Death Watch Boarder's around the corner, or skip the mess and clear out the Engine Room. Remember there is an upstairs and downstairs to the Engine Room. Part 9 - Armorer Kasteel and his Death Watch Battle Droid The next Battle is nothing like OG ISD, this is one of the most difficult battles for this instance. Tip it was found early on that its easier to manage this battle if you lure the Armorer Kasteel Boss to the AT-AT Hangar, Note this may be patched in the future. The original concept was for Armorer Kasteel to be battled in the office corridor while to avoid his AoE damage you would get out of range by hiding in the offices. All the while also dealing with respawning Death Watch Battle Droid. The AoE damage from Armorer Kasteel can be seen as Beams of Light (around 10m range) and a few Grenades (Action Drain, a GA can be very beneficial) on the floor avoid them if possible, these are easier to avoid in the AT-AT Hangar. To begin the battle have a Beast Master lure with a pet the first two Death Watch Battle Droid to the AT-AT Hangar, kill them. Then have the Beast Master lure the next two Death Watch Battle Droid and likely also Armorer Kasteel to the AT-AT Hangar. The longer the battle lasts the more likely the group will become overwhelmed by respawning Death Watch Battle Droid. If you have two Tanks in group have one focus drawing aggro from the boss, while the other focuses drawing aggro from the Death Watch Battle Droid. There needs to be a balance of dealing damage to Armorer Kasteel and destroying Death Watch Battle Droid for the first half of the battle, then everyone focus on Armorer Kasteel before becoming overwhelmed by droids. Once Armor Kasteel is down you can take the elevator to the Bridge section behind his post. Part 10 - Bridge Crew and Final Boss Worst of this instance is now over, onward to the final boss. Is the team tired yet, you can lure the final boss to the elevator and kill him and avoid the rest of the mobs. The Bridge Crew consists of Death Watch Droideka and Death Watch Alor'ad. A good tank or two can lure eight or more of these into a pile and have the AoE DPS group members destroy them. Final Boss Duke Ara'nov Kerlet is a straight forward boss, let the Tank hold his aggro while the rest of the group deals the damage.

Goal of this guide is to start compiling details and ideas of completion. Note the listed drop rates are approximate not definite more information needs to be gathered. To begin your adventure of Undead Army Hardmode visit Buc Wile in Mos Eisley. (It requires 6 players to keep the instance open and from automatically failing, 8 players max). /waypoint tatooine 3540 5 -4868 Buc Wile (Hardmode Entrance); [image: 2260-775209809fe4-1785478291525.jpeg] The Hardmode is broken into 4 Phases each phase becomes increasingly more difficult. Phase 1 - Clear the Cantina. Much like regular regular OG Tusken King (TK) the first step is to clear the Cantina, below is a mob map of what you will encouter. You will encounter many Undread/Undead Creeper, Berserker, Savage these are non-Elite but higher level and can mildly hurt. (Drop Rate of about 1/20) Undead Rancor are Elite and hit reasonably hard. (Drop Isomeres) Undead Horde Master are non-Elite but drop a little additional credits. (Drop Rate of about 1/5) Experiment Boss show up after you clear the Cantina. (Double Drop Rate of 1/2) [image: 2256-55c03b9fd834-1785475663429.jpeg] The mob map above displays enemies from Phase 1 and 2. Like normal OG TK the outer edge has mobs on patrol, likewise there is mobs patroling around the outside of the Starport, Medical Center, and Watto's some mobs will not show up until you approach the area or you begin Phase 2. Phase 2 - Clearing Buildings and killing Experiment Bosses. (Note to handle Experiment Bosses you will want a good Tank, Tanks should be built with a good amount of Damage Decrease at least 16% or more from Expertise, and should also have 1-3 Defense Cooldowns such as Stasis, Void Walk, Stand Fast... also should have 1 or 2 Damage Debuffs available such as Flurry, Enfeeble, Thyroid Rupture, Choke (Strangulation). Just like OG TK we need to clear the primary buildings that Experts and Citizens will arrive at. We also need to protect the Cantina. Then we have an added challenge Experiment Bosses. 1st leave someone to defend the Cantina, generally a secondary Tank, they may need help from time to time if they get over whelmed, on the map above there will be two groups of Undead marching in from the north and south entrance, consisting of Champion and Blood Hunters, they don't hit a good Tank hard but they can overwhelm the Tank eventually if not cleared. Stay in contact with the Tank defending the Cantina and come to there aid if they need it. (You may decide to have a DPS assist the Tank) 2nd a group consisting of a Tank, Doctor, multiple DPS clear there way to the Starport (note you can clear buildings in any order you want but there is an added incentive to start at the starport and work your way clockwise). Clear the smaller mobs inside the Starport (Remember Rancor hit harder, let the Primary Tank draw aggro). Experiment 3? (Bug Queen) Primary Tank draws aggro and everyone else engages after. (Note at some point in clearing out the Experiments there will be another type of mob that spawns Plague Master mini-Boss). 3rd Head South and clear the mobs between the Starport and the Shuttleport/Parking Garage. Experiment 2? (Black Krayt) (This Experiment can glitch in appearing be sure to turn of LOD manager to see this boss). It has been suggested that all team members not protecting the Cantina engage Experiments as the damage is said to disperse across the team. 4th Clear the backside of the University and then make your way to the front and kill Experiment 1? (Undead Rancor), followed by clearing out the University. 5th Clear your way to the Medical Center, be sure to kill the Undead Rancor patrolling outside to get credit for clearing. 6th Clear your way to the Hotel, clear out the Hotel. 7th Clear your way to the Cloning Center (you may possibly cross paths with the Undead marching into the Cantina), clear out the Cloning Center and do not forget there are mobs at ground level and in the basement. 8th Clear your way to the Combat Hall, clear out the Combat Hall. (Before you complete Experiment 4 and Watto you may want to clear out the remaining mobs in the streets if you have not already done so). 9th Clear Experiment 4? (Bug Queen 2) or Clear out Watto's and the court yard outside, don't forget to kill the Undead Rancor's patrolling outside and inside Watto's. (I have been in only one group in which I lead the group to clear buildings, not sure which is preferable to clear first). (Note I have seen Experiment 4? have several small mobs surrounding it the one time I lead the group). 10th Clear Experiment 4? (Bug Queen 2) or Clear out Watto's and the court yard outside, don't forget to kill the Undead Rancor's patrolling outside and inside Watto's. (I have been in only one group in which I lead the group to clear buildings, not sure which is preferable to clear first). Phase 3 - Plague Master's Marching Groups and Recurring Experiments Once you have cleared the Experiments and Buildings from Phase 2 you start Phase 3. The Cantina mobs are all cleared instantly and the Tank protecting it is free to leave. Much like OG TK you need to protect Experts and Citizens, but this time they just spawn and run to there destinations on there own, no giving orders. At the close of Phase 2 I have found that two Plague Masters tend to be between Watto's and the Cantina, it is best therefore for the primary group to clear these two Plague Masters to provide quick access for the Secondary Tank (and perhaps a DPS) to make there way to the Green Star up North. [image: 2258-33c1250609e5-1785476553372.jpeg] Green Stars are where groups will make there stand. On the North if a Tank is strong enough and can handle 1 Plague Master mini-Boss, 1 Undead Rancor - Elite, and 8? non-elite they can hold the North preventing Plague Master Marching Groups from entering the city. (I normally can Tank the North but dealing with two Plague Masters is to much for me, hence why clearing the two between Watto's and the Cantina is beneficial). On the South the primary group has the same size of Plague Master Marching Groups but an added task. There will be an Experiment Boss that will occasionally spawn to the West of the Cantina outside of the Hotel, it is important to get this Boss lured to the South stand location and to be killed quickly and safely. (Note Experts and Citizens are dumb and may easily try and attack the Experiment at a distance or been known to attack players). Phase 4 - Final Stand If you have succeeded in getting the Experts and Citizens safely to there destination Phase 4 will begin, its time to leave the Plague Master Marching Groups and meet between the Cantina and the Starport just like in OG TK. [image: 2259-9cd043ac6b82-1785477959001.jpeg] First Wave consists of .... and is rather easy. Second Wave consists of 4 Plague Masters and the Final Boss. Suggestion on handling the Second Wave, Tank one tanks the Final Boss, while Tank two does an Area Aggro and burns through Defense Cooldowns, hopefully by the time both Tanks have exhausted there Defense Cooldowns the Plague Masters are cleared and the Final Boss is all that remains.

Adjusted Combat macro from .3 repeat to .5 repeat. Since the Server upgrade I found .3 was no longer necessary, this has an added benefit of improving FPS on multiple toons.

With the introduction of Chapter 6 update we have access to +40 Power Bits. To create +40 Power Bits requires obtaining components from new Hardmode content. If looking for the regular Reverse Engineering Guide follow the link below. [EMBED content="thread-942"]https://www.swgevolve.com/index.php?threads/942/[/EMBED] Creating +40 Power Bits Guide 2 Components are needed. Advanced Reverse Engineering Tool (1 time use Schematic), and Overload Bits. [image: 2171-3751145f4ad1-1781709719508.jpeg] Be sure to use highest quality resources to maximize the Experimentation Bonus when crafting the Advanced Reverse Engineering Tool to achieve 10. Overload bits have a Power level of 1-5. Take a Overload Bit and place it inside the Advanced Reverse Engineering Tool, place also a +35 Power Bit (Recommend 3rd Order Bits) inside the tool. [image: 2172-a19311106694-1781710048246.jpeg] Right click the Advanced Reverse Engineering Tool and select Reverse Engineer. [image: 2173-e8e522e3639e-1781710122326.jpeg] Result is a +38 Power Bit because the Overload Bit was a Power level of 3. [image: 2174-d63626c8d602-1781710355825.jpeg] To reach +40 Power Bit you will need to repeat the process with another Overload Bit with a Power level of 2 in this example or greater. [image: 2175-f03e8ad0f9fa-1781710547173.jpeg] Now lets look at what can be achieved with these +40 Power Bits. Beyond the obvious +40 Luck, Strength, Agility.... If you recall the math at the end of the previous Reverse Engineering guide a Bake in stat you use 40% to determine if you can have a resulting Bake in stat. With a +35 Power Bit Power Bit Ratio 40% = Result ( 35 / 15 ) x 0.40 = 0.93 = No resulting Baked in stat you need whole number 1 or greater. ( 35 / 4 ) x 0.40 = 3.5 = Yes resulting Baked in stat would be +3 the remainder will not be added. Ratio / 40% = Result 15 / 0.40 = 37.5 = No Baked in stat you would need a Power Bit of +38 or greater to create a +1 Baked in stat. 4 / 0.40 = 10 = Yes you will get a baked in stat and using a +35 you would get a +3 Baked in stat. With a +40 Power Bit Power Bit Ratio 40% = Result ( 40 / 15 ) x 0.40 = 1.06 = Yes resulting Baked in stat you need whole number 1 or greater, result is +1 Baked in stat. ( 40 / 4 ) x 0.40 = 4 = Yes resulting Baked in stat would be +4. Ratio / 40% = Result 15 / 0.40 = 37.5 = Yes Baked in stat you would need a Power Bit of +38 or greater to create a +1 Baked in stat. 4 / 0.40 = 10 = Yes you will get a baked in stat and using a +40 you would get a +4 Baked in stat. This is not to be a hard fast rule for preparing to do Hardmodes but should give what I think is a general idea of what is needed. Sometimes all that is needed is another body so the instance can stay open. First and foremost in Hardmode is the need to listen to the lead and those more knowledgeable of the content being handled. The content is designed for players to fulfill certain roles. You run off and do your own thing you put the team and yourself at risk of failure. Roles and suggested preparation *Note below is listed various "Bonus" many of these bonuses only provide small improvements. General Preperation Armor - Full Crafted Suit Krayt/Rancor/Dragonet Health Boost Armor with 35's and Exotics Attachments Weapon - Crafted Weapon with Exotics Attachments Clothing - Shirt, Bandolier, Cloak, Backpack, and Belt respectively with 35's and Exotic Attachments Buffs - Buff Bot (Doctor/Squad Leader), Flag Buffs (Faction Flag), Inspiration Buff (Entertainer, recommend 3k+ Energy/Kinetic), Lasting Performance (Entertainer), Off the Books / Junk Dealer Buff (Smuggler), Familiar (Daily Token Vendor), Mustafar Injector (Sickness of the Storm Lord) / Stim, Tactical Stim (Squad Leader), Favor of the Elder (Profession Badges), Power Ups (Reverse Engineer Crafted for Shirt/Chest/Weapon), Food and Drink (Chef Crafted), Bantha Surprise (You will want more health). Recommend at least 2 boxes of Damage Decrease that is 16% from Expertise from Melee Profession, Teras Kasi, and Commando, for Jedi this means Guardian. Bonus Expertise (Damage Debuff) - Such as Flurry (Teras Kasi), Thyroid Rupture (Combat Medic), Strangulation (Jedi - Mystic), Enfeeble (Beast Master Pet). Bonus Expertise (DCD or Defense Cool Downs) - Such as Shields, Stand Fast / Void Walk, Decoy, Stasis, Force Barrier, Avoid Damage. 5-Piece Jewelry Set - Steel Body / Frontman's / Guardian's. Medic/Doctor Role: Your role is to keep everyone healthy and alive. Expertise - You will need Master Doctor for the Area Revive, also should have Stasis which will be needed to keep a player from dieing or boxing a target so it does no damage. Bonus if you can have both Doctor and Squad Leader you can provide Action Recovery and extra healing and one additional resurrect ability. Bonus Preparation - Food/Drink granting either Swift Revive or Heal Potency along with PowerUps granting additional Heal Potency. 5-Piece Jewelry Set - First Responder's or General's if Squad Leader also, for Jedi use Sage Set. GA or General's Aspect: Your role is to keep the groups action up by procing Inspiration from the Generals Jewelry Set, this can be done by abilities or proc damage off of default attack. Expertise - You will need Master Squad Leader. You are support so use Toughen, High Yield, Rally Point (Defense/Offense), Charge, Scatter to help the group. Bonus Preparation - This role can double as Medic/Doctor. Prefer to choose a weapon class that has proc damage such as Fencer and Carbines, or fast weapon such as Pistols or 1-Handed Swords. 5-Piece Jewelry Set - General's DPS Role (Fill in Role): You are the damage dealer, recommend minimum 12k DPS, suggest 20k+ DPS. Expertise - You will need Damage Stance, in addition recommend Bounty Hunter and Assassin for additional boosted DPS. Bonus Preparation - Damage Stance, PowerUps - Weapon Damage. 5-Piece Jewelry Set - Anything to boost your DPS, Steel Body is a good balance for Melee characters but a more specific Jewelry Set may provide more DPS. AoE DPS Role: You are a Area Damage Dealer, recommend minimum DPS for multiple targets 25k+. Expertise - You will need either Grenadier, Heavy Weapon Specialist, or Pikeman. Melee AoE DPS - Recommend Pikeman, may gain extra AoE from Bounty Hunter - Burn (Cone), Confusion Shot (Cone). Ranged AoE DPS - Recommend Grenadier and/or Heavy Weapons. Bonus Preparation - Damage Stance, PowerUps - Weapon Damage (Not for Grenadier they need specialized mods), Critical Damage Increase. 5-Piece Jewelry Set - Juggernaut, Grenadier, Hellstorm, Pikeman are recommended. I been off the game for a year and am a returning player. I never had an issue with it working through Proton till now. When I log in it shows me my characters for a split second and then disconnects? Is this a proton issue or something with my account? I am at this point wondering, but don't want to bother them unless Someone else knows the answer as it could very well just be I need change to another proton. Thanks again EDIT Turned out it was a character race on one of my toons that was messing it up. All working on Linux Mint now.

You may be saying I don't want to PVP. Everyone in PVP is mean and cruel and unethical. I was T-Bagged, they called me names.... STOP SWG Evolve Community is generally very positive compared to most servers in regards to PVP, even if you don't want to PVP you still should pick a side either Rebel or Imperial otherwise you will be greatly reducing your potential in Star Wars Galaxies. You can avoid in engaging in PVP by avoiding areas that lock you into Special Forces, also you can remain either On Leave or Combatant. While a Mercenary you lend temporary support to the faction. While On Leave opposing faction NPC leave you alone. While Combatant opposing faction NPC will attack you. While Special Forces faction NPC will attack you and also other players that are Special Forces will be able to attack you. Visit a recruiter. Three options, 2 presented in the picture below (Imperial Recruiter is near the Cantina and Rebel Recruiter is near the YT-1300 in Eisley), third option is Mandolorian which can be found just outside the starport on New Mandolore. [image: 1844-8f6639e4af07-1769964747141.jpeg] Both recruiters are easily available in Mos Eisley on Tatooine. When you first visit a recruiter you have two choices. [image: 1845-a1453f0676fa-1769964914792.jpeg] Mercenary will allow you to take a temporary assignment to aid the faction. Joining the Fight will allow you to take up arms for the faction and Rank, this is the preferred choice. Once you have Joined you are automatically placed as a Combatant. [image: 1846-db38d7241bf9-1769965120153.jpeg] To step down to On Leave you will need to speak again with the recruiter and select "I would like to make a change to my military status." at which point you will either choose to go On Leave, change to Special Forces, or Leave the Faction. Remember Combatant you will only get attacked by NPC not Players. You can switch between Combatant and Special Forces with the /pvp command, it will take very little time to switch using this method. Next we are going to visit the Commendation Officer standing next to the Recruiter. [image: 1847-d2e6c020dc5a-1769965451606.jpeg] Chat with the Commendation Officer to see the item we are going to be working to obtain. [image: 1848-7447efdce75e-1769965521194.jpeg] We want the Summon: Buff Droid, this is going to replace the Doctor Buffs Expertise in our build and also the Squad Leader long term buffs. It is unique to SWG Evolve. To get Restuss Commendation we need to travel to a PVP Zone called Restuss on planet Rori. You also gain an amount of Restuss Commendation by killing/assist killing opposing faction Players. For Mandolorian Faction you can gain Restuss Commendation from doing quests starting on Old Mandolore (as of writing this guide you can gain 8k Restuss Commendation for Mandolorian Faction). Yes we are going to engage in some PVP action (possibly), but we really really want this item. We will avoid PVP in this tutorial but it may still happen from time to time. Travel to Restuss on planet Rori. [image: 1849-17bdaa58888a-1769965824745.jpeg] You arrive at the Starport where do you need to go? First ask yourself what is the likelihood of engaging in PVP at this time, the Server Hosts Friday Night PVP, is it Friday maybe you don't want to PVP, but you want Commendation, well go engage in another activity until the battles are quieter. Or Join in, you have skills that can assist in PVP, a Rifle keeps you at range and the debuff from Ambush, Blaster Burst, and Paint Target can help in a PVP battle, not to mention you have Master Squad Leader you get 2 powerful group boosts High Yield providing 15% Damage Increase to the group, Toughen which gives the group 20% Damage Reduction, 20% Dodge, and 20% Glancing Blow, then there is Rally Point (Offense)/(Defense) which either increases player Strikethrough chance or additional 5% Damage Reduction. But I don't want to die, I loose all my buffs when I die. YOU DO NOT LOSE BUFFS WHEN YOU DIE IN SWG EVOLVE. Die, Clone, Return to the Battle. Each assisted kill you make provides 5 Restuss Commendation within a few meters of the kill. If you do get involved unintentionally in a PVP battle inform the player engaging with you that you don't want to battle, it doesn't hurt and likely they will understand and back off. If you are out of range use /tell PLAYERNAME MESSAGE to inform the player at a distance how you feel. Once more where do you need to go? Restuss on Planet Rori. Here is two guides one for Rebel and one for Imperial on how to obtain Restuss Commendation. [EMBED content="thread-1933"]https://www.swgevolve.com/index.php?threads/1933/[/EMBED] [EMBED content="thread-1934"]https://www.swgevolve.com/index.php?threads/1934/[/EMBED] Once we have the Summon: Buff Droid we should stay in the faction we chose. There is yet another very powerful buff item but it will take some time to obtain. At max rank, General you can obtain from the Faction Recruiter the General Standard (Flag Buffs) unique to SWG Evolve. Unlike the Captain rank Battle Standard (Flag Buff) which only provides Flag Buffs for Master Professions currently trained, the General Standard provides all the Flag Buffs for all Master Professions including Jedi. (PLACE IMAGE OF GENERAL STANDARD ACQUISITION FROM REBEL RECRUITER) Some tips on getting GCW and gaining Rank. (PLACE GCW GUIDE HERE) Reaching General Rank is going to take some time, what should you do in the mean time. Transition into something you would like to play, (PLACE GUIDE TO PLAYER BUILDS) You may be asking yourself after deciding on another build, I see players with 3-4 layers of Buffs, how do I get those buff, I only have 2-3 layers of Buffs. To access Sher Kar Cave you first need an Omniglobular Syringe created by combining. A Faintly Glowing Slave Collar, A Faintly Glowing Booster, and A Faintly Glowing Patch of Hair using a Chu Gon Dar Cube to create a Warmly Glowing Dispersal Unit. Then Combine A Warmly Glowing Dispersal Unit, A Warmly Glowing Poison Gland, and A Warmly Glowing Reactive Antidote using a Chu Gon Dar Cube to create an Omniglobular Syringe. This means you should have completed the prerequisite Final Battle of HK-47 as he drops the Warmly Glowing Reactive Antidote. Next you need to travel up Tulrus Canyon to the Cave of Sher Kar. /way mustafar 805 86 1286 Sher Kar Cave; [image: 1840-f9fda669f8f7-1769907225869.jpeg] Click the big boulder and you will enter the cave, you cannot enter without the Omniglobular Syringe. Inside you will find Sher Kar and 4 mini bosses. [image: 1841-157abe4ef1c7-1769907334097.jpeg] Kill a karling, 2 praetorian, and a symbiot before the final battle with Sher Kar. Personally I like battling Sher Kar as it is a good gauge for how much DPS I deal with a character build. [image: 1842-5deeeb4b30a8-1769907562264.jpeg] This particular build is dealing just over 8k DPS after stacking a few debuffs on Sher Kar. Sher Kar provides one of the fastest ways to get credits. Also drops 2 Handed Old Republic Lightsaber Schematic. [image: 1843-5fab27d12d5c-1769907647848.jpeg] 100,000 Credits and 1 Mustafar Token of Heroism.

To enter the Heroic Encounter talk to Master Pilot Menddle in Mensix Mining Facility. /way mustafar 417 230 -1315 Final Battle HK-47; [image: 1817-671ef3046722-1769899740281.jpeg] Your first battle encounter is with HK-Taskmaster [image: 1818-b215010ce521-1769899992154.jpeg] The SK-21 Support Droid to the side of him will one by one become active to attack, kill them and then kill the HK-Taskmaster The next encounter is with AK-Prime. [image: 1819-aba6153fcdae-1769900093564.jpeg] AK-Prime has HK-77 assault droids protecting him, ignore the HK-77 droids and focus on AK-Prime. AK-Prime will occasionally use a Fire Bomb that can deal significant damage and leave you with a Fire DoT (Damage over Time). You may want to cure the Fire DoT with Detox, Cure Affliction, Hermetic Touch, or Run Its Course. The next encounter is with Forward Commander MK II. [image: 1820-29bc5a7cab54-1769900381512.jpeg] This encounter is boring the HK-77 assault droid are weak and you must kill them 1 by 1 before you can attack the Forward Commander MK II. During the final phase of the battle with Forward Commander MK II the dead HK-77 assault droid resurrect and you will need to kill them again. Next encounter is with CY-M Prototype. [image: 1821-da3bcc78504b-1769900904361.jpeg] Modeled after the Kubaza Beetle Foreman, he will call denizens to help ie Kubaza Beetles, these will run up and attack and occasionally explode. Focus on CY-M Prototype until he is dead, if you have trouble staying alive move around. Next encounter is with GK Oppressor. [image: 1822-35092e6e301c-1769901073332.jpeg] After battling GK Oppressor for a bit you will encounter GK-18 Sentinels and GK-14 Defenders. They will deal debuffs to you reducing your damage output. All the Defenders and Sentinels must die before you can finish off GK Oppressor, then you will have another round of Defenders and Sentinels to kill. Final encounter HK-47 is trying to escape calling in a YT-2400 ship. [image: 1823-b83a0fa2eea6-1769901517503.jpeg] Kill the HK-77 assault droids and squad leaders then HK-47 becomes attackable and focus everything on him. The longer the battle goes on the more buffs get stripped from your character. Be sure to loot HK-47 before you leave on the YT-2400. HK-47 drops the Deed for YT-2400 and also A Warmly Glowing Reactive Antidote. [image: 1824-1e69e7e56050-1769901879983.jpeg] You also receive an additional 100,000 credits and 4 Mustafar Token of Heroism.

Entrance to Koseyet Mining Camp is located at /way mustafar 3430 157 -3130 Droid Army Heroic; Talk to Scout Olon Lono to enter. [image: 1808-b48afdba8d0c-1769897427490.jpeg] Once inside I like to get a rundown of the Heroic talk with Foreman Koseyet [image: 1809-5872da4625c2-1769897525926.jpeg] Head West and chat with a shift leader and tell them to deploy in locations you feel they should protect namely the camp just behind them. [image: 1810-f7a5bfc279dd-1769897621114.jpeg] The majority of the battle will take place on the North Ridge of the map. [image: 1812-8e7c6271cba7-1769898078116.jpeg] There will be droid patrols spawning on the left side of the ridge and on the right side. It is important that these patrols do not reach the camp. After about 20 minutes into the encounter you will Battle a GK-5 Sentry that spawns on the right side of the North Ridge. This is the final patrol before the final battle with The Forward Commander MK1. [image: 1813-dbe88f1d1638-1769898684128.jpeg] With the Patrols defeated lets head over to where The Forward Commander MK1 spawns on the battlefield. The Forward Commander MK1 spawns near the North West Corner of the Battlefield. With the Scrolls in the Ayusaru's Solo to Glory - Part 3 - Making Credits 1 we unlocked 2 additional Heroics that are soloable. The first of these 2 Heroics is Koseyet Mining Camp also known as Droid Army. Be sure to reapply buffs as needed before entering the instance, the following is a guide to completing Droid Army. I recommend you run in Damage Stance so you clear the droids quickly. /way mustafar 3430 157 -3130 Droid Army Heroic; [EMBED content="thread-1824"]https://www.swgevolve.com/index.php?threads/1824/[/EMBED] Congratulations you should now have in total 200,000 credits and 3 Mustafar Tokens of Heroism. Next encounter entrance is at Mensix Mining Facility. Speak with Master Pilot Menddle. /way mustafar 417 230 -1315 Final Battle HK-47; Here is the guide. [EMBED content="thread-1825"]https://www.swgevolve.com/index.php?threads/1825/[/EMBED] Congratulations you should now have in total 300,000 credits and 7 Mustafar Tokens of Heroism. Next Heroic Encounter we need some supplies. We will need a Chu Gon Dar Cube and an Omniglobular Syringe. Here is the quest guide for Chu Gon Dar Cube. [EMBED content="thread-1826"]https://www.swgevolve.com/index.php?threads/1826/[/EMBED] Now we need the ingredients to create the Omniglobular Syringe, A Warmly Glowing Reactive Antidote - Dropped by HK-47. A Warmly Glowing Poison Gland - Dropped by Malfosa in the Burning Plains A Warmly Glowing Dispersal Unit - Created by combining Faintly Glowing Booster - Dropped by The Shamlber, Faintly Glowing Slave Collar - Dropped by Treasure Hunters, Faintly Glowing Patch of Hair - Dropped by Blistmoks. Next on our list is to find Malfosa in the Burning Plains. [image: 1830-f937c04d1d1e-1769905257554.jpeg] [image: 1831-1d8d3bbfc4cb-1769905290672.jpeg] Malfosa can be a small challenge but by this point you probably have done bigger challenges. Malfosa drops the Warmly Glowing Poison Gland. Continue to travel north to the ruins in the central north of the end of the map. [image: 1832-719142840c77-1769905407580.jpeg] As we approach the ruins we should find Mindless Treasure Hunters. [image: 1833-cdb47beebc86-1769905518119.jpeg] Kill them until you get a Faintly Glowing Slave Collar. Inside the ruins you will find The Shambler. [image: 1834-f5a50e49bb16-1769905664529.jpeg] Kill him and hopefully he drops the Faintly Glowing Booster, otherwise wait around for him to respawn and kill him again until you have the component. Last we need a Blistmok to kill. [image: 1835-dfe6004649d0-1769906013882.jpeg] I found a few to the east of the ruins but they spawn in many different locations. Kill some until you get a Faintly Glowing Patch of Hair. Now combine A Faintly Glowing Slave Collar, A Faintly Glowing Booster, and A Faintly Glowing Patch of Hair using a Chu Gon Dar Cube. [image: 1836-f0cde01f3127-1769906296400.jpeg] It will create a Warmly Glowing Dispersal Unit. Combine A Warmly Glowing Dispersal Unit, A Warmly Glowing Poison Gland, and A Warmly Glowing Reactive Antidote using a Chu Gon Dar Cube. [image: 1837-09b4fd86b2b7-1769906450222.jpeg] You get an Omniglobular Syringe. [image: 1838-5779ac3d7e6f-1769906506038.jpeg] Now return to Mensix Mining Facility and travel to Sher Kar Cave. [image: 1839-e918291a6137-1769906639432.jpeg] Here is a quick guide to Sher Kar Cave Heroic. [EMBED content="thread-1827"]https://www.swgevolve.com/index.php?threads/1827/[/EMBED] At this point you should have access to 400,000 Credits per day, 1 additional Daily Token per day, and 10 Mustafar Token of Heroism per day. Save the Mustafar Token of Heroism and in 4 days get A Warmly Glowing Teleportation Device for 32 Tokens, from the Mustafar Rewards Vendor, it will save you alot of time traveling to Mustafar Heroics. Also in 4 days you will have access to a Familiar Buff at the Daily Login Rewards vendor in Eisley, I recommend the Gackle Bat Familiar for 7 Daily Tokens it provides 40 Strength, and 40 Precision Buff, place it on Ability Bar Pane 2 Slot 20 next to the Mustafar Injector. Next section of Ayusaru's Solo to Glory guide we are going to pick a side in the Galactic Civil War because we want to save some Expertise Points being used to provide our buffs.

Located at, /way mustafar -723 157 506 Kubaza Beetle Cavern (Transfer of the AI); Also known as "The Transfer of the AI" quest. First thing I do is make sure I have defenses. I recommend you run in Tank Stance and have a bunch of Block. Second we need to destroy the nests in the cavern. There are 4 of them. [image: 1804-4c45f0546c52-1769888106125.jpeg] The best way I found to keep the Relay Repair Droid alive is to keep the attention of the Kubaza Beetle Drones on me highlighted in RED, DONT KILL THEM YET. Hit the Kubaza Beetles that try to hit the Relay Repair Droid then they start attacking you, then switch your target to yourself highlighted in BLUE to keep yourself healthy by healing. Fourth Step the Kubaza Beetle Foreman arrives. [image: 1805-c82886b1cbcd-1769888365477.jpeg] Kill the Kubaza Beetle train what you have been collecting to protect the Relay Droid. Then Kill the Kubaza Beetle Foreman, I recommend you stay moving as he calls forth beetles to explode, you can avoid some of this AoE damage by moving around. The Reward is 100,000 credits and 2 Mustafar Token of Heroism.

We left off with adding new Combat Abilities to the Ability Bar. We are going to continue adding Abilities to the Ability Bar now with Healing Abilities. Drag Heal 4 from the Healing Tab of the Command Browser, ";" semi colon, and replace Heal 1 with Heal 4 in Ability Bar Slot 32. [image: 1778-037816dc50ff-1769839405859.jpeg] Also add the following Healing Abilities to the Ability Bar. Detox, Bacta Infusion, Bacta Ampule, Bacta Grenade, Bacta Spray, Revive - Single (In Combat), and Revive - Single (Out of Combat) as seen above. From the Command Browser window now add the following to the Ability Bar. [image: 1779-197b5e4d5b53-1769839925242.jpeg] Charge!, High Yield, Inspiration, Toughen, Decoy, Rally Point (Defensive), Medical Supply Drop as seen above. Now hit "CTRL+2" this will now switch to Ability Bar Pane 2. We are going to add the remaining buffs that are long term buffs. [image: 1780-21e7745f22b5-1769840442317.jpeg] Tactics, Focus Fire, Drill Master, Experienced Leadership, Enhanced Agility, Enhanced Block, Enhanced Dodge, Enhanced Precision, Enhanced Strength, Nutrient Injection, Metabolic Accelerators, Favor of the Elders, and for good practice we are also going to add Medical Supply Drop. Now we are going to activate Medical Supply Drop, wait a few moments and open the Supply Crate. [image: 1781-e9f29e1ce656-1769840967835.jpeg] Open the supply crate and Loot All, then access your inventory with "I". Drag the Field Stimpack F to Ability Bar Pane 1 Slot 29. Also Drag the Tactical Serum F to Ability Bar Pane 2 Slot 22. Now we are going to activate all the long term buffs. [image: 1783-8f139b1c402d-1769841296071.jpeg] While Ability Bar Pane 2 is active select in sequence 1-= on the keyboard to activate all the buffs on the bottom row of Pane 2, then manually select the Tactical Serum F from Slot 22. (Note all the buffs that are applied will show up below your characters health/action bar and name. Time for our First Adventure, we need armor please follow the below guide to obtain Katarn Armor. It starts on Planet Talus city of Dearic so visit the Starship Terminal inside Mensix and use it to travel to Planet Talus city of Dearic. [EMBED content="thread-935"]https://www.swgevolve.com/index.php?threads/935/[/EMBED] Now that I have Katarn Armor what should I do next. If you haven't finished Specializing into Teras Kasi Artist, you should have enough experience now to do so. AT THIS POINT IF YOU WANTED A SUGGESTED FREE HEROIC JEWELRY SET FROM /CLAIM I WOULD SUGGEST STEEL BODY JEWELRY SET. Next get a better Weapon, my suggestion is to follow the next guide to obtain a new Rifle. This will also double up with Sickness of the Storm Lord quest so that you gain yet another buff Mustafar Injector. [EMBED content="thread-936"]https://www.swgevolve.com/index.php?threads/936/[/EMBED] At this point you should have the Mustafar Injector, I would place it in Ability Bar Pane 2 Slot 21 next to the Tactical Serum F, and activate it. You also should have collected the Coynite Disrupter Rifle by completing A History Lesson Part 2. Now we have Armor, Weapon, Buffs, lets get one more buff but to do so we first need to get some credits. Lets do our first Daily Mission. Visit Boba Fett in Mos Eisley. [image: 1784-d59086464e29-1769847165652.jpeg] Select I will travel there now. OK. Go to the center of the arena and radial using "~" tilde the helmet. [image: 1785-23d94f98c6d7-1769847284991.jpeg] Select 2) Begin Challenge, we are not quite ready for Hardmode Challenge. By completing the Daily Challenge we now have 25,000 additional credits. That is exactly what we need for our next buff. (Note you also receive 1 Daily Token, we will need more of these later in a couple days so do this challenge everyday). Visit the Entertainer Droid just outside the Mos Eisley Cantina. [image: 1787-95dd09cda901-1769847771000.jpeg] Yes, I'll pay 25,000 credits. OK. The following buff is what I recommend. [image: 1788-74cbd375f4f1-1769847793360.jpeg] +3000 Energy Protection, +3000 Kinetic Protection, +300 Luck, 6% chance to automatically heal damage when struck in combat. Now we should have some defenses lets take a brief look at our Ability Bars to make sure we are ready for the next challenge. [image: 1789-68e9dec4a31b-1769848071963.jpeg] All buffs are active from Squad Leader including the Tactical Stim, We have all the buffs active from Doctor. We have Favor of the Elder Buff and Mustafar Injector. Now we also have Entertainer Inspiration Buff. If you chose the Steel Body Jewelry Set you should see that 5-Piece Jewelry Set buff also active. We also have started to stockpile Field Stimpack F, I like to have a total of 1000 of them on hand at the beginning of my adventures for the day. Now you may have noticed I have added Damage Stance and Tank Stance to Ability Bar Pane 1 Slot 06 and 07. We are going to start using these Stances for the next set of adventures.
