You want Restuss Commendation and are unavailable for PVP, or want to avoid PVP as much as possible but get Restuss Commendation.
This guide should assist you.

Visit the following building outside of Restuss on planet Rori.
/way rori 5974 81 5641 Imperial Outpost

Have a chat with Lieutenant Gregor just inside.

We'll see how elite they are. I'll take care of it. provides the quest "Disrupting Enemy Reinforcements, Part II" Disrupt Enemy Reinforcements 0/5.
(Note each quest may list only a few Restuss Commendation as a reward but when complete provides 20 this is unique to SWG Evolve).

Head down in the bunker and chat with Captain Roth.

It will be done, sir! provides the quest "Secure Restuss" Pulling your Weight 0/20 (Kill Rebels 20 of them)

Continue down in the bunker and find Captain Exov and chat with him.

I'm all over it, sir! provides the quest "Stolen Property" Capture Sensor Array.

At the bottom of the bunker find Captain Okto and chat with him.

I'm all over it, sir! provides the quest "Antennae Destruction" Blow Up an Antennae.

First head into the city of Restuss, you will find Rebel and Imperial Faction Troops stationed throughout the city.

Find 20 Rebel Soldiers and kill them.

Find an Rebel Antennae and destroy it.

Find a Sensor Array Terminal.
(Note you may not find an opposing Faction Array Terminal if they have all been claimed by your faction).

Click the terminal and stay near it until you get the message "Task completed: Capture Sensor Array"

This completes 3/4 quests please return to the quest givers and pickup there next set of quests.
Return to the Imperial Outpost bunker.

Lieutenant Gregor you did not complete his quest so you will need to wait to turn in the quest.

Captain Roth after completing the quest "Secure Restuss" will now give you the quest "Secure Restuss, Elite" elite 0/5.
Talk to Captain Roth again and get "Secure Restuss" once again in addition to "Secure Restuss, Elite".

Captain Exov after completing the quest "Stolen Property" offers you the quest "Rebel Supply Convoy" Ambush Supply Convoy 0/3.
DO NOT take the "Stolen Property" if you do delete the quest and take "Rebel Supply Convoy" since it's easier to repeat.

Captain Okto after completing the quest "Antennae Destruction", will now give you "Secure Restuss, Boss" Kill Captain Vrinko.

You should now have been provided a waypoint to Captain Vrinko's location, travel to it and wait.

Consisting of 6 waves of Rebel Soldiers, Rebel Elite Commandos, and finally Captain Vrinko.
You will complete "Secure Restuss", "Secure Restuss, Elite", "Secure Restuss, Boss" from this encounter.

Now how about that quest "Rebel Supply Convoy"
You can find them starting there convoy around the waypoint below, they will travel around the border of the city heading North East.

(Note they will not always be there so do this mission only when you find them around).

Return to Imperial Outpost bunker and turn in the quests

Captain Okto "Total War, Boss" Kill Captain Vrinko.
Take the quest again and repeat.

Captain Roth "Secure Restuss", and "Secure Restuss, Elite".
Take the quests again and repeat both.

Captain Exov "Rebel Supply Convoy".
DO NOT take the "Stolen Property" if you do delete the quest and take "Rebel Supply Convoy" since it's easier to repeat.
