Improvement to Less Popular Buff Items

Would be nice to see these buff items get used more.
Some could really use an adjustment to there cooldown, duration, or buff slot location.

Sith Holocron (60min CD, 3min DR)

I do feel that there are a lot of buffs in game that done get used. I think it would be a good idea to maybe change the stats or effects that they have to be more suited for this servers play style.

Big fan of this!

I've noticed almost all the chu gon dar cube items overlap with musty injector. There is little reason to invest time into getting this when it gives the same amount of points as the injector. I'd like to see those types of items on their own slot.

True Strike Multi-Retaliation Device also overlaps with Injector, thought it would give some sort of reflecting ability like on Resto. Didn't seem to work at all
