• Add Resource Crate to Trader Token Vendor

Since quality resources are critical to traders, it would make sense to have a resource crate available for purchase on the Trader Token vendor. Of course, limitations would be necessary for the obvious reasons of possible abuse. This could be accomplished by simply having the resource crate be in an item box that is once per account. Any number of such boxes could be added to the Trader Token vendor with an incremental increased token cost if the community believed that having more resource crates in the hands of crafters would be a good thing.

The sound of ships patrolling and taking off and landing gets repetitive fast. I found I could mute it with one of the effects sliders but that also leads to silent guns, beasts, etc. Assuming the sound channels are not hard coded. can the patrolling ships be shifted to a separate channel with an independent slider/ mute. If the game designs any good the should channels should just be a set of sound file lists. But then this is an old old game by most standards. I hope I'm not being a pest asking as I'm so new but we are meant to be alpha testing this design. I'm a very old crash test dummy. I did minecraft and pre-date the creeper there.

The creature lairs that spawn from the dynamic system have the original very large footprint from Live that was cut by half at some point. It would be awesome to have the lair footprint reduced to half the size.

I would like to see if items like these https://www.swgemu.com/archive/scrapbookv51/data/20070126110818/index.html can be worked into the game. i know these are pre cu items but can it be setup so it will work within this version. Weapons with dots would just have to not have mind poison and only attack health and action. things with damage like this https://www.swgemu.com/archive/scrapbookv51/data/20070126110818/my.html or a Dot like this https://www.swgemu.com/archive/scrapbookv51/data/20070126110818/default_084.html

I'm gonna counter that with, we have no where NEAR the development staff to do that kind of development and release regularly. It's a great idea, but on a volunteer project, you would need a dev staff of 15-20 to turn out regular content like that. I can totally see your point with there being a lack of dev staff to support an idea like this. however my next rebuttle would be that not every reward from a season pass is great. and you could put a bunch of awesome stuff in it. like every 10 - 15 levels it grants something special like a TCG item not yet available on the server, or a special loot item, or a looted sub-component like a DE-10 barrel up to 100 levels. It wouldnt take long to flush out the first season or 2 using current stuff that is in the game already. giving lots of time to work on planned future content. Historical reactions: Like × 2

Matching everything to the med buffs timers could be a good start. Food stacks could match drink stacks, so we wouldn't have to buy extra crates of food just to match the quantity of drinks. Jedi meditate buffs definitely need to be extended considering the amount of time it takes to meditate and cycle through until you get the buff you desire for your build. Drinking caffeine now so waiting for more ideas to come to me but this is a start. I'd say as far as QoL side for Jedi, it should go to the menu format in which you can pick the meditation buff you want along with the increased timer. Having to PvP the meditation boss to get the buff I want is a little on the annoying side.

Good Afternoon Evolve My suggestion is to assist the somewhat smaller guilds on server, I would like to suggest that city specializations be moved down a tier from Tier 3 to Tier 2 awarding as well as Shuttle being awarded at Tier 3 rather than Tier 4. The shuttle being the main concern, with smaller guilds able to spread their cities out and get a shuttle somewhat easier it will increase the ease with which everyone can explore the galaxy as these smaller cities would have an easier time with having shuttles in key areas. As of right now with the number of accounts playing I would venture to guess if everyone tried to hoard together and push for the 100 citizens needed for Tier 6 cities that we would not quite be able to have 5 total cities on server.....that is if everyone with all of their toons came together and all went to one city or another to try to accomplish this. Live level city rank requirements are going to be exceptionally difficult to fly with on a private server. Historical reactions: Like × 1

I have seen this in places on Tat but its never been made into player housing/Guild halls. Its big enough to be a GH or maybe Large but this is probably GH material. I thought I'd take a few pics to show this off more and see what people thought. This house is seen in Anchorhead, Mos Taike, and in Mos Eisley. Its probably other places on Tat. Since proposing an earring set for trader I figured I needed to come up with something that would also be worthwhile for Entertainer I have an entertainer specced out as dancer, musician, Image Design and Muse. With that, I have 20 minutes per pulse. Not so sure if a time of 30 minutes per pulse is really necessary. And I have met plenty of players that leave a few points even with the 20 we have for a buff. I'm a bit on the fence here. On the one hand offering more powerful buffs sound nice... On the other hand, it might be a bit overkill. Historical reactions: Like × 1

Vikingmando, post: 282, member: 223 wrote: I did a side by side comparison to the stats of both ships. The differences are are definitely something to consider. After comparing the two I would say a fair and valid change would be to adjust the modifiers in the chart below to increase the modifiers on the TIE/ln to that of the heavy variant but keep the mass the same **ONLY **due to the fact that the resource costs are so vastly different. Unless we'd be willing to adjust the costs of making the Heavy TIE to be more in line with the TIE/ln. But then you'd have to consider adjusting the resource cost of the Heavy Scyk and Heavy Z-95 as well. Overall it is a welcome change in my book Crafting: TIE/ln 12000 units of Steel 3000 units of Aluminum 6000 units of Low-Grade Ore 3000 units of Inert Petrochemical 3000 units of Iron Heavy TIE 24000 units of Steel 6000 units of Aluminum 12000 units of Low-Grade Ore 6000 units of Fibreplast 1000 units of Iron Asteroid 1000 units of Petrochemical Asteroid The next thing to consider is the differences in mass TIE/ln 80k mass *Heavy TIE * 95k (according to wiki) Next the modifiers:

Weapon Mounts (same for both ships) Projectile weapon x1 Ordnance x1

Acceleration 400 (heavy 500)

Deceleration 600 (heavy 500)

Yaw Rate 300 (heavy 500)

Pitch Rate 300 (heavy 500)

Roll Rate 200 (heavy 250)

Speed Modifier 0.97 (heavy .98)

That's definitely a conservative analysis which is unusual and much appreciated. I think the concept of crafting should be discussed at the end of the conversation however. It's not without merit and certainly an important topic. I wonder if maybe we shouldn't start with the topic of changes and then finish with the topic of crafting. I'm kind of the mindset of thinking outside the box on the changes. It will never be a pve ship and frankly we have plenty of those anyway. I'm thinking maybe creating a niche. For example, leaving everything exactly the same but adding another gun slot. Or... Changing the speed modifier to 1.15 making it the only ship that gets a boost to speed instead of a cut. Those are just a couple ideas I've had. But we truly have a blank slate here so lets throw everything at the board and see what/if anything we agree on.
