Interesting Idea. I don't agree with all Items being listed like the Ek mural or Excavation tools chest and such. But back packs and deco for sure would be awesome. If you do implement this. Are you removing these item from the loot table as well?

I would be for this changed but not limited to just resources requirements. Component requirements for things like alcohol and BM consumables could hopefully be looked into

People will not want to feel like csr are out to patrol and police everything they are doing in game and that can cause issues for a player base. CSR's should not have to patrol or police the server, I agree feels like you can't farm simple stuff like holo's hide or meat with out feeling like a felon. You could make the hot spots for gcw require you to be S.F. example- Imperial strong hold on Lok. that way players can still farm but run the risk of other players. an Area invite ability would be helpful to..

I agree with this! Coming from other low pop servers 7-8 toons with rules to enforce botting is actually better for everyone. Staff can keep track of who's who and the community has diversity with crafter and combat toons. 4 toons isn't quite enough to be self sustainable.
