Without looking into this, i imagine it isnt possible atm due to the storage collection rewards are no trade, and due to the city hall being "owned" by the mayor and the mayor changes obviously you could then remove the item increase and stack them all on one character,
Maybe tie this into the population rank would be better?
More members you have the more storage you can have, Again i havent checked this out so not sure if possible but just some ideas to build on.

Our aim will be to add new content and rewards, we may visit DWB in the future to tweak things, but for now that is a unknown.

After doing alot of BM changes on prophecy I feel this would be extremely broke. Mu h like prophecy where we had buff sharing and some pets had skills they shouldn't of created an alpha pet to have, as all others weren't worth the time in pvp.

I think i got it working nicely in the end, i had some issues to start but definatly something that could be brought over

Maybe we could just impliment a group share feature on the quest so you can share the quest with everyone in the group?
