Thanks. That must be the answer. I don't recall the guide mentioning that. I was using a carbon action cost reduction with a 10. Picking up the jewelry set and will be working on the RE suit next!

Reverse EngineeringRe: Ayusaru's Advanced Reverse Engineering Guide
I've RE'd on other servers and have read this guide a couple of times, and am using an engineer with all of the RE points, but I must be doing something wrong because I start off REing a piece of loot at 31. After REing it, I add a modifier bit into the tool and create an armor SEA. After that I RE it again... and end up at 5. Tried the process a second time and it dropped to 1.
Can't see what I'm doing differently than his instructions... Anyone want to tell me what stupid thing I've done? -
Corellian FiberplastAlso noticed today that Corellian Conifer and Evergreen wood don't show up either.
I've been doing a lot of surveying and so far the three things I haven't seen have been on Corellia.
Maybe just a coincidence, but since at least the fiberplast is being sold in large quantities, it doesn't seem likely it's a resource deed item.
Thought I should pass my findings on! -
Corellian FiberplastNoticed today that neither Corellian Conifer wood nor Evergreen wood can be seen during a survey.
They, and the fiberplast, seem pretty generic to be accessible only by resource deed, especially when at least the fiberplast is being sold in large quantities. I've been doing a lot of surveying, and so far everything I can't see is on Corellia... maybe a coincidence.
Anyway, thought I should mention it. -

Hi! Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
This can happen because some resources spawn in a deed-only state, meaning they exist in the resource list but are not actually available to survey or harvest. At the moment, our resource tools do not distinguish between a normal spawn and a deed-only spawn, so they will still appear in the resource listings.
I noticed the same thing myself with the current Corellian Fiberplast, and we're actively looking into it to determine whether this is simply a deed-only resource or if there's another issue preventing it from spawning correctly.
With so much of our development effort currently focused on getting the 64-bit client ready for full release, we appreciate your patience while we investigate and work through issues like this. Reports like yours help us identify potential problems, so thank you for taking the time to let us know!

Evolve Community ManagerI have seen a pair of previous Corellian Fiberplast available in the Bazaars in large quantities. It's a needed item to make Advanced Battle Corps. Unfortunately, it's far too expensive for a fairly new player to afford (quantities of 100k for 1 mil credits). I'll try dropping a harvester to see if it might really be there.
Nope. That didn't work.

Corellian FiberplastDidn't see a thread for questions like this... but the past two Corellian Fiberplasts that appeared in the Resource list have not shown up when using the chemical survey device. The first time it was a pretty good quality and I thought maybe it disappeared a day early. But the current one doesn't show up either?
