Imperial and Rebel Faction Swap Tokens have been added to the Restuss Vendors

These will be closely monitored, we have added this for those PvPers who have contributed to our friendly PvP Environment by swapping factions as needed to balance out fights. This item allows the players to keep their rank when swapping factions.
