Heroic Reset Using Tokens (Withdrawn)

After reconsidering this a year later I Withdrawn this suggestion on the over farming Excavation Toolchest at such a cheap cost as suggested below.
First off I am aware of the device that can reset one Heroic.
What I am suggesting is to have an item that can be purchased that will reset a Heroic as a one time consumable with equivalent cost to running the Heroic. Example 1 Exar Kun Token for 1 Heroic reset item for Exar Kun Heroic.
Suggestion to limit there reuse to 24 hours so that Heroic loot doesn't pile up as fast on the server.
Reason is I occasionally get asked if I could help someone with there Heroics but mine are on cooldown.
