Block Value:

• Modified the calculations for Block Value

• On traditional servers Strength gives 1 BV for every 2 points and the stat Block Value gives 1 BV for every 2 pts

• New change is Block Value stat to give 1 BV for every point and Strength to give 1 BV for every 4 points

• Fixed an issue with Position Secure Banners just hanging around

Doctor:

• Gained the Bacta Cloud Ability (Area gas cloud with DoT Cures and a debuff purge)
• Gained the Detox Ability (Self DoT Cure)

Jedi:

• Hermetic Touch has been moved to the Force Sensitive Tree
• Hermetic Touch now has a 20 second cooldown
• Premonition now includes a Dot Resistance

Strings:

• Adjusted or fixed multiple string files
