Issue with Entertainer

I'm having an issue with my Entertainer: Every time I try to buff my one of my characters (no matter where I am - Cantina's or my house) I get this message: "You cannot inspire that person because they're not watching you". I've tried logging off each instance, restarting each instance with no luck. I'm thinking this is some kind of bug - any ideas?

Try using the command /inspire (name of person your buffing) if this does not work. Try going to a cantina on another planet.
