Prequests in Aurelia not working

My journal does not update for any of the pre quests for heroics nor for the token box. The npc acts like it's giving me the quests but nothing happens and they just give over and over. I know there are work arounds, but I was trying to do it the old fashion way. Not sure if this is broken as I was able to do it on my main toon about a month ago.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
