Battleground control terminals for world pvp

Could you take the faction control terminal from battlefields and make them have a pvp radius around them, switch on comms, increase comm rate for the faction in control then allow admins to drop a terminal wherever they want to run a pvp event. Also, a terminal like this in restuss where the medcentre used to be would give an objective in restuss rather than just tree hugging
