7/27/26 Update, reintroduced Luck the build now achieving around 900 Luck with +40 Powerbits before using PuPs. Also included switch to Pikeman for increased Glancing Blow and pushing Critical Hit Reduction to cap of 75%.

NOTE do not solo World Bosses it's frowned upon. "AFK Policy ... The following areas/activities are prohibited for Farming/Grinding AFK and/or botting; ... World Bosses"
I know alot of players want to know how Nami is so tanky. The answer is she has alot of Damage Decrease. 55% when in Tank Stance. 34% comes from Expertise and Experienced Leadership Buff, 21% is Hidden with Off The Books (Junk Dealer Buff) and Tank Stance. Add Flurry which deals a debuff of -20% damage output, and a pet with Enfeeble an additional -20% damage output, totaling -40% damage output. This should help players understand where the defense comes from.

Overview: Face tank just about everything, many World Bosses and adds no problem, Clone of Tank Enrage 3 yeah (touch and go), Wampa from Imperial/Rebel Hoth no problem.

Pros:
One of the Tankiest builds designed.
Can counter High DPS builds using Defense Cooldowns.
Defense Cooldowns bring damage received to 0, that is 30-45 seconds worth of invulnerability.

Cons:
Lacks damage output thou it does hold its own.
Cannot hold Enrage 4 damage its to much.

Brawler: Flurry has moved away from Swordsman, and now requires Master Teras Kasi so we can shift defense over to Pikeman for Glancing Blow, providing yet another layer of defense.

Pikeman: First location we have 8% Damage Decrease. We also get Crush which provides a nice AoE DoT Bleed, I like to stack this with Heat Element Weapon providing 2 nice DoTs.

Commando: Expertise allows 8% Damage Decrease. Position Secure is a very powerful defense boost as it will push your Block even higher and provides 20% Critical Hit Reduction, this build can cap Critical Hit Reduction with Position Secure. NOTE we need Position Secure also to recover Action since with Stamina or Luck we still slowly run down Action. YOU CANNOT TAKE DOUBLE INNATE ARMOR FROM COMMANDO AND TERAS KASI ARTIST.

Doctor: This build now focuses on Master Doctor to obtain Stasis for another Defense Cooldown. Note that Seretonin Boost seems to not clear as many debuffs as it previously used to clear. When PVP tanking I run in Doctor Stance, while for PVE I generally run in Damage or Tank Stance. You could remove 12 points from Doctor and place them elsewhere and still have alot of healing and Tanking.

Teras Kasi Artist: Flurry is now available in Teras Kasi, this is a debuff attack that causes the target to deal 20% Less Damage. What good is a tank without the ability to hold aggro you need Instigate and Area Instigate, these are actually decent attacks, but slow cooldowns. Master Teras Kasi provides the best balanced defenses in the game while wearing Steel Body Jewelry Set, also this unlocks Tank Stance providing an additional 15% Damage Decrease (Hidden). Expertise also grants 8% Damage Decrease. YOU CANNOT TAKE DOUBLE INNATE ARMOR FROM COMMANDO AND TERAS KASI ARTIST.

Beast Mastery: I run 1 Points in Beast Master this causes the build to have -25% Damage Output debuff when a pet is out, the goal is Tanking and the benefits of having a pet are great even with just 1 point. Pets provide around 3-3.5% additional defense across the board. I highly recommend learning Enfeeble 5 from Krayt Dragons and training a compatible Pet. Enfeeble 5 deals a -20% Damage Output debuff to targets.

Preferred Buffs and Gear:
Usual Stacked Buffs - Doctor, Squad Leader, Junk Dealer, Favor of the Elders, Tactical Stim, Lasting Performance, Familiar, Mustafar Injector, Imperial/Rebel Flag Buffs (all 9).
Less Common Buffs - Large Aurilian Crystal, Bantha Surprise, Wookie-ookies, Hoth Chocolate.
Food/Drink Buff - Trimpian (Heal Potency / Health), Corellian Brandy (Critical Hit Reduction / Agility, Note brings base CHR to around 55%)
Pet Buff - YES
Entertainer Inspiration - 3000 Kinetic, 3000 Energy, 6% Second Chance Heal, 6% Evasion, 240 Luck.
Jewelry Set - Steel Body Jewelry Set
Attachments - Luck, Agility, Strength.
Exotics - Critical Hit Reduction, Weapon Damage Healing Potency. (If pushing for more defense consider Luck or Agility instead of Weapon Damage).
Powerups - 3 Heal Potency (PVE w/ Tank Stance), 3 Luck (PVP w/ Doctor Stance), 3 Weapon Damage (PVE w/ Damage Stance).
(Personally for Tank I run 2x Heal Potency, 1x Luck PuP to get Luck up to 900).
Stance - Damage/Tank (PVE), Doctor (PVP)
(Take the build further Slice the Armor with Punishing Blow Reduction including a Personal Shield Generator, then add Ace Backpack instead of Belt of Bodo Baas).

Final Thoughts: You could switch out Strength from the armor suit for more Block Value. Run with 3x117+ Luck PuPs in PVP along with Doctor Stance along with Luck Bake-In you should have 1500 Luck this will give you 15% chance to reset your Heal and Revive Abilities while in PVP, along with 15% Lucky Dodge from single target attacks and abilities. You may be asking I only see 34% Damage Decrease yet I read 55% Damage Decrease, you get 6% Damage Decrease from Junk Dealer Buff, and 15% from Tank Stance both are Hidden from the Stat page.
