Jedi:

• All Jedi should be able to buy things from the faction recruiters correctly (Credit Melal)

• Added 5% resource quality increase to Master Jedi Artisan (Credit Griffy)

• Advanced Innate Armor Line under Jedi Battlemaster now only adds Kinetic and Energy (It no longer increases elemental resists) (Credit Griffy)

• Regular Innate Armor under Force Sensitive remains uneffected

• TEF System is now exclusive to FRS Ranked Jedi, Jedi not participating in FRS will no longer have a TEF (Credit RONIN and -X-)

• Collection Cloaks can now be equipped by level 90 Jedi and is not tied to FRS (Credit RONIN and -X-)

• FRS Maintenance has been reduced to 2500 XP (Down from 5000)

• New "/resignFromFRS" command to completely resign from the FRS and give up your FRS XP

• FRS XP for kills has been increased

• FRS XP for killing the same player has been severely decreased and no FRS Tokens will be granted until the kill timer has ended
