The reset terminal is specific to the current owner and has a cooldown based on when it was last used, we should make it to where the terminal is based on the individual or shorten the time frame of the timer from 2 days to maybe 6 hours.

and I didn't use it so not sure it's the current owner, That being said it used to be (on other non-live) servers that it was the person who had the cooldown not the device.
