Holo Cubes from old tamed/hatched/expired creatures
-
Nothing crazy. I was just trying to think of a way to make use of creatures that have reached a 0 breed count and/or were used for breeding only Instead of just deleting them.
Could open up a little side market for breeders.
I feel like this would give us lots of fun and give us another way to display them instead of grabbing BM and stuffing. Right now, if nothing has been changed, the only way to make the holo cube pets is to do it right from the egg before hatched.

@Parz1val Nothing crazy is right but sometimes the "nothing crazy" ideas are the ones that make the biggest quality-of-life difference! You're touching on something that comes up more than you'd think, and it's already been part of our internal conversations.
We've talked about a couple of directions for this exact problem: allowing bred-out creatures to be stuffed similarly to how Beast Master pets can be displayed, and also giving players the option to "recycle" their Creature Handler pets into Bone, Hide, and Meat instead of just deleting them. Both are solid ideas that give breeders and CHs more value out of creatures that have otherwise hit the end of their usefulness, and they're something development will be looking at.
Really appreciate you laying out the reasoning behind this one it's exactly the kind of practical feedback that helps shape future updates. Keep them coming!
Best,
Orton
