Make the shock collar and muzzle a toggle rather than on a timer?

I don't think it would ruin anyone's gameplay and it will make a BM or CH's life a little easier especially in groups.

Quality-of-life suggestions like this are exactly the kind of feedback we like to see from the community, and a toggle option for the shock collar and muzzle is an interesting idea — especially from a Creature Handler and Beast Master perspective, where anything that reduces upkeep overhead during group content is worth a close look.
We'll pass this along to the development team for consideration. Changes like this often touch more of the system than they first appear to, so it'll need a proper look at how it interacts with existing mechanics before any decision is made on implementation.
