Chronicle Vendor - Swap Gold Tokens for Silver Tokens

Hello

On the chronicle vendor you can buy 1 gold token for 1000 silver. Can we make silver chronicles purchasable for gold (the reverse where you can buy1000 silver for 1 gold)? This will allow someone with only gold tokens to swap tokens to make silver chronicle purchases....currently gold tokens cannot be used to purchase silver chronicle items.

I could have sworn you could already inter-convert them. Maybe I'm thinking of another server though. Initially I thought this would be relatively easy to do, but buying a stack of items is a little more annoying than buying just one thing.
