Making an Astromech is far more complicated than making a Flight Computer. I don’t want everything dumbed down in the craft, just the Module - Droid Data items. Those should be made 1-6, with 0 resource quality and experimentation. Make it so that if you want to make a Astromech Level 6, you use the Module - Droid Data 6 using the same resources it currently uses minus the quality and experimentation and the end product should match the v6 Flight Computer.

The way the craft currently works I can try making a Level 3 Astromech, but end up with a Level 4 or even 5.

You wrong with that you can easy make all lvls. It's hard to figure it out if you're starting out and not sure what you have to play with it. But do agree it should be made easy to make lvls like the flights computers, the experimentation does not change it as well if you know how place the 1-6 in in the droid part.

But I agree it should be simple way to make them or at least the lvl part for be place into the droid. Can also just allow flights computers to be place in all the ships as well. Since the droid can be used for others things

I really never did much crafting before. My first attempt at making credits from crafting was on a fresh emulator a few years back where regular terminal missions were paying out 100k, and BH terms were paying out 300k. I was the first person to make BH droids in factory crates and was listing them for 100k per crate. I quit trying after someone else listed them for 25k per crate. Normally I just have a crafter for ground and space RE for my own characters. My first attempt at making an Astromech droid to use for my rebel pilot I was trying for a level 3, and ended up making a level 5.

Thank you for the detailed feedback and suggestion! Development will take a look at this to see what can be done to improve the crafting experience for Astromechs and Droid Data Modules. Our development resources are limited with our volunteer team, but improvements like this can definitely be made over time and would go a long way toward enhancing overall player quality of life. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts!
