Bring back in-game FRS/PvP/BH messages

Bring back in-game FRS/PvP/BH kill messages - I've tried to use the Discord ones instead but its just harder to notice those when I'm gaming. And when I've brought it up with others they sound like they feel the same. It was a great way for a small dust-up to organically develop into an all out battle.

For those that don't care to see them, we can make it so you can opt out of it. Not sure what the easiest approach is but heres a few options:

• Tie the system messages to being opt'd into Evolve Custom BH system (these people are the ones who typically love to PvP and want to see them)
• Put a toggle option in settings or a separate command like for chronicle/iso loot
• Create a clone/fork of System chat which just houses these messages (but matches the system chat format of displaying text directly on screen as well as the chatbox.

I liked the messages. People complained. To be distributed globally it used System Messages which inherently couldn't be opted out of so we may have to explore another option.

We could make a chat channel that could be subscribed to that contained this information.

I almost suggested this as well, but it would be significantly less effective if the main demographic was not opt'd in by default, which based on the Galaxy chat discussion apparently is not easy.

Personally I say, let them cry. It’s a harmless, useful system. If they complained but offered no solution or compromise then their whining should be treated accordingly. Straight up.

I think that only happens when in the pvp zone .they do get a lot. Differently BH kills you go up. But you set it on a separate message log ( like chat) that people can able to show it on the screen.
