You should now get credit for PvP Space Battles if you are either flagged SF on the ground OR in space

Space Battles will now restart every hour in each zone
-
Attacking ships will now spawn in at the 5-minute mark and the space battle will clean up after 30 minutes (if not sooner due to one side winning)

The space battles will begin at the following staggers:

Tat - :00

Corellia - :15
-
Dantooine and Naboo - :30

Lok - :45
