slight bump to Shipwright jewelry set?

What if maybe:
3set bonus +1% to ship component RE
5set bonus +2& additional bonus to ship component REfor a total of +3% for 5pc (if it works that way)
thereby making a fully specc'd shipwright with 5pc jewelry a +10% bonus? (If I've the right understanding)?
