Galaxy Chat

Add Evolve.Galaxy Chat to all characters main chat by default.
This would be an excellent way to get new players engaged with existing ones, and give them a quick organic way to surface questions about a very different SWG server.
This game has rarely held our hand to learn it. It instead relies on self-discovery and socialization of knowledge. So lets lean into it.
