Human Imperial / Rebel officer greeters.(with the option for uniform rank and color change?)
The old faction pets you had to buy with faction points. maybe controlled through creature handler.
Faction Guild halls / small houses with Imperial /Rebel banners
Single lot Towers and Turrets that can be placed within City limits.
Faction npc spawner . (rebel security or stormtroopers that would patrol the city limits. or if placed in a structure they would spawn outside of it).

As of right now I am not sure, however I will look into this and see.
