Matching everything to the med buffs timers could be a good start. Food stacks could match drink stacks, so we wouldn't have to buy extra crates of food just to match the quantity of drinks. Jedi meditate buffs definitely need to be extended considering the amount of time it takes to meditate and cycle through until you get the buff you desire for your build. Drinking caffeine now so waiting for more ideas to come to me but this is a start. I'd say as far as QoL side for Jedi, it should go to the menu format in which you can pick the meditation buff you want along with the increased timer. Having to PvP the meditation boss to get the buff I want is a little on the annoying side.

I agree with this, this "junk" jewelry needs either a update to make viable again or removal from the loot table with something of more value added in it's place.

Good Afternoon Evolve My suggestion is to assist the somewhat smaller guilds on server, I would like to suggest that city specializations be moved down a tier from Tier 3 to Tier 2 awarding as well as Shuttle being awarded at Tier 3 rather than Tier 4. The shuttle being the main concern, with smaller guilds able to spread their cities out and get a shuttle somewhat easier it will increase the ease with which everyone can explore the galaxy as these smaller cities would have an easier time with having shuttles in key areas. As of right now with the number of accounts playing I would venture to guess if everyone tried to hoard together and push for the 100 citizens needed for Tier 6 cities that we would not quite be able to have 5 total cities on server.....that is if everyone with all of their toons came together and all went to one city or another to try to accomplish this. Live level city rank requirements are going to be exceptionally difficult to fly with on a private server. Historical reactions: Like × 1

I have seen this in places on Tat but its never been made into player housing/Guild halls. Its big enough to be a GH or maybe Large but this is probably GH material. I thought I'd take a few pics to show this off more and see what people thought. This house is seen in Anchorhead, Mos Taike, and in Mos Eisley. Its probably other places on Tat. Since proposing an earring set for trader I figured I needed to come up with something that would also be worthwhile for Entertainer I have an entertainer specced out as dancer, musician, Image Design and Muse. With that, I have 20 minutes per pulse. Not so sure if a time of 30 minutes per pulse is really necessary. And I have met plenty of players that leave a few points even with the 20 we have for a buff. I'm a bit on the fence here. On the one hand offering more powerful buffs sound nice... On the other hand, it might be a bit overkill. Historical reactions: Like × 1

After comparing the two I would say a fair and valid change would be to adjust the modifiers in the chart below to increase the modifiers on the TIE/ln to that of the heavy variant but keep the mass the same **ONLY **due to the fact that the resource costs are so vastly different. Unless we'd be willing to adjust the costs of making the Heavy TIE to be more in line with the TIE/ln. But then you'd have to consider adjusting the resource cost of the Heavy Scyk and Heavy Z-95 as well. Overall it is a welcome change in my book Crafting: TIE/ln 12000 units of Steel 3000 units of Aluminum 6000 units of Low-Grade Ore 3000 units of Inert Petrochemical 3000 units of Iron Heavy TIE 24000 units of Steel 6000 units of Aluminum 12000 units of Low-Grade Ore 6000 units of Fibreplast 1000 units of Iron Asteroid 1000 units of Petrochemical Asteroid The next thing to consider is the differences in mass TIE/ln 80k mass *Heavy TIE * 95k (according to wiki) Next the modifiers:

Weapon Mounts (same for both ships) Projectile weapon x1 Ordnance x1

Acceleration 400 (heavy 500)

Deceleration 600 (heavy 500)

Yaw Rate 300 (heavy 500)

Pitch Rate 300 (heavy 500)

Roll Rate 200 (heavy 250)

Speed Modifier 0.97 (heavy .98)

That's definitely a conservative analysis which is unusual and much appreciated. I think the concept of crafting should be discussed at the end of the conversation however. It's not without merit and certainly an important topic. I wonder if maybe we shouldn't start with the topic of changes and then finish with the topic of crafting. I'm kind of the mindset of thinking outside the box on the changes. It will never be a pve ship and frankly we have plenty of those anyway. I'm thinking maybe creating a niche. For example, leaving everything exactly the same but adding another gun slot. Or... Changing the speed modifier to 1.15 making it the only ship that gets a boost to speed instead of a cut. Those are just a couple ideas I've had. But we truly have a blank slate here so lets throw everything at the board and see what/if anything we agree on.

I’m just saying if it does go to your own account something I’d be alright with is definitely a lower chance per toon, or go the latter I’ve suggested and make buffing other people a 100% chance for a token in the 15 minutes. You are right in that it doesn’t really hurt anyone by making the changes I’m just suggesting ways that could make it easier but still have that RNG to it.

Since I couldn’t reply in channel Rezec: But this particular quest is, since you have to run a “check” on npcs and then it rngs to see if you get a positive, and then if you get a positive it rolls on the collection table for which fugitive you get, with some having a higher rarity than others. That answer also didn’t address RNG on treasure map collection items and schematics that are limited to bounty hunts and treasure maps only, can those RNG numbers be adjusted as well to balance with other “rarity” created situations?

Evolve Patch Notes, post: 121, member: 64 wrote: Current Policy: **Multi Accounty Policy With great power comes great responsibility** No using multiple accounts by the same account owner to rank up cities No using multiple accounts to horde an entire resource spawn with harvesters No using multiple accounts by the same account owner to follow and use combat macros No using multiple accounts by the same account owner to PvP No using multiple accounts by the same account owner to AFK farm Multiple Accounts are limited to TWO per person (No Excessive Account Creation) Please discuss pros, cons, thoughts, should we restrict to a single account? This seems to have stirred alot of debate, so lets debate here. If this is the current policy, why are we seeing 16 man teams farming POI's for rare loot drops while AFK? Many have seen this, many have commented about it.... So? What's up? Is this something that's being put to rest? Or did something change and now you can AFK Farm, (ie Holocrons) with 8-16 afk players on POI locations as players who are actively online arrive and are outgunned by 16 bots AOEing the whole area... Is this not an example of that? Perhaps that needs to be nuked because that can create another issue where we're back to AFK everywhere. Maybe a compromise, since AFK playing is a part of SWG, we can limit an AFK Macro duration to "2hrs"... Anyone who swears they're not "farming" shouldn't have any issue with this. Just my thought on a very specific example. Historical reactions: Like × 1

On a small server having decay will get people to continue to get resources and craft items and have a constant flow of the need for PVE and crafting. and the increasing drop rates. the servers been up for maybe a month, and we are already fully geared with multiple 5p sets along with countless ig dented heads, ace packs and many more items. once you get it in the few runs you need to do, what is left to do? things should be harder to get. and I do see a point in changing things now. if people play here get everything, they need fairly fast, they will leave and play on another server. most likely people wont come back knowing how easy everything is to get. also, adding health isn't going to change anything, you don't need armor or anything to run any content here due to having 135 skill points. the challenging content hasn't come yet so he can base it on the new health levels. There seems to be a huge misunderstanding with some of the newer players coming over that didn't follow the development of this server over the last year. Nearly everything in game now is stuff that people have played over and over the last 20 years. EVERY single patch that we have done has included QoL to make things easier on people. It is 100% by design because everyone here has started over multiple times on multiple servers. We are working on new content, hard modes, more PvP content, etc and that is the END GAME. Nothing in game now should be considered End Game, this is recycled content that everyone has done. The calls from some of the player base to make things more difficult, to take things away from players, to add more time sinks, is a completely 180 from anything that has ever been stated or changed in any patch notes, so it feels like the players asking for that ended up on the wrong server. We have a link to Restoration on our home page, if you want to invest more time and work harder to grind things, they already have a server that caters to that type of player. On that note, a version of Decay with repair kits and non-breakage of items has been talked about multiple times and the code is already written for it, but it would have to be something that a majority of the community wants to see.

As we continue to see massive improvements in such a short time period, I am wondering about the prospect of having some way-points in-game for these quests. Mustafar would be a good example. I find myself spending half my time on the internet researching way-points to locations to complete missions. I am wondering if these way-points, much like a legacy quest, can be stored within the missions themselves so that we can just play the game and not have to switch to the internet to find out where these specific areas are. A good example is how a terminal mission will show you where you need to go. I'm not sure what type of undertaking this will require, but it would be nice to be able to simply play the game and quest freely without having my phone by my side and researching every mission to find a way-point. These could disappear as soon as you approach them, like a terminal mission would. The Ryatt trail would be another place where having way-points added to a quest would be incredibly helpful and less frustrating. I'm sure there are countless examples.

I feel that a Master Chronicler should be able to toggle so that any looted relic gets automatically added. It's silly but it would help a lot with inventory clutter.

Gamblers is kinda pointless as of right now cause due to some extent of testing, After using False Hope on a player 10 times, none of those times did it actually stick, work, and root my opponent. Cover Fire is another snare/slow ability thats not even in any trees, same with Narrow Escape, a smugglers snare/slow break. The rest of the Smuggler tree is fine outside of that. Would like too see Smugs have more CC outside of Nerf Herder which is easily broken by Scatter. And please, leave Off the Cuff/End of the Line alone, let the complainers, complain. Any melee can be easily countered by range. The problem definitely isn’t off the cuff/end of the line as those have always been a smuggler’s initial burst window outside of lucky break procs. It’s that people can get nutty abilities to mix with it like snipe/ambush way too early in their respected trees. Any ability with that high of base damage cannot be so easily accessible. So I absolutely agree it should be left alone. +1 to your post as a whole.
