thank you very kindly! Compared to what Blender can do today, the stuff I learned 25 years ago is basic haha! But its perfect for this Back then there was only 3DS Max. Maya had Just came out and was mostly only used for pair particle calculating. The stuff Blender does now seriously blows my mind. I have been learning more of it through YT videos and I am just plain amazed. I hope I can get back into it with today's capabilities. One day I want to make animated video shorts.

This server rocks! The way you have the skill trees set up and with no restrictions is how the NGE should have been implemented back when it was live. This server's blend of pre-NGE aesthetic with the CU implementations is so perfect.
I was there when SWG went live and I was there when they pulled the plug. I have played different servers over the last few years and I am serious, you have done an amazing job of balancing everything here.
This is my new home now. You cant make me leave! haha

Thank you for hosting Evolve and all the work you have done and continue to do. I was a concept designer for the gaming industry for 20 years. if there is anything I can help with imagery-wise, art, models, skins (it's not called skinning anymore is it? Its materials lol I am pre-bump maps ever existing), stuff like that, SWG and Team Fortress is the era I was working the biz. So I am pretty familiar. I am happy to volunteer in any way that I can.

You are all awesome! I really like this server and the way the skill trees are set up and not restricted! This is how I always wished SWG had came to be.

Is the GPU AMD or Nvidia. There is a known issue with AMD GPUs and DX9 games. Sometimes this is fixed by manually installing DX9. Other times we have a DX9 full that we share with users having this issue.

It's AMD so by golly that must be it! I will look for DX9. If I cant find a clean copy, may I get a link to the one you share?

Hello everyone,

I just joined and created a character. When logged in to Evolve, every 30 seconds or so the game freezes for 10 or 20 seconds and then comes back. Sometimes my screen blacks out and I will have to reboot the computer.

I have an AMD Ryzen 7, (5600 or 5700 something like that), with 48 GB of RAM. I cant imagine what would cause this. My AMD process logger says my driver is crashing. It is up to date, so is windows.

I dont know what the heck is going on. I cant play the game It only happens when playing SWG.

Has anyone else experienced something like this and knows of a fix?
