To mirror climbing FRS Bounties, normal bounties will now grow at a modified rate based on the players GCW Rank (Credit Tank)
Added very minimal bounty growth for killing factional NPCs that award GCW if you are a GCW OfficerJedi TEF:
Players who possess Master Artisan, Master Entertainer or under level 90 will not flag for a Jedi TEF, but will still properly flag in other PvP areas of the game. working
FRS Jedi will now appear YELLOW if you can attack them, but they cannot yet attack you.Fixes:

Duty mission tokens and credits are only being rewarded to the mission holder
Lyase color hue assignemt is ready for patching
Extraction bonus is smallest on set 3 pieces, 4 slighly better and with 5 it will be a little more noticable. You can compare DNA extraction results without BE set and with 3, 4 and 5 pieces.
I made another update frort group duty mission tokens for group member (hopefully it will work this time), not that credits are only meant to be rewarded for the mission owner.
