FRS is awarded to killer of opposite faction/FRS enclave
FRS is not awarded if dead and someone else gets a kill you did not attack while grouped with killer
Still gaining FRS for an NPC killing target that killer attacks.

Mellow could not gain FRS. but my non-CSR and CSR jedi's could both earn FRS.

I'm 99.9% chimaera was a light jedi and the test jedi was dark. Both toons did not grant FRS points. Also note, that Mellow is at 0 FRS in total.

in all instances of fights we had last night that included mellow killing FRSTESTDUMMY or Chimaera. He did not gain FRS
