I own a pet store and we often do returns to keep the customers happy and to show we trust our product. Why can't the Heroic trinket vendor do returns if we buy jewels that just don't work out for us? I'm just saying... 🙂

If it worked that way I would only ever need to buy one set and swap it each time I changed toons, thereby eliminating the need to do the content to get the tokens.

I can see this being useful if there was a time limit, shall we say, of 5 minutes imposed on being able to refund it. To freely be able to refund at anytime, as Chavex mentioned, would defeat the purposes of tokens and tokens would be treated as tradable expertise points.

If you don’t return the jewelry piece in question within, maybe 5-10 minutes, then it’s non-refundable. If you trade it to someone else, even an alt, it’s non-refundable.

At that point, you’re still given the ability to test things out and are given enough time to see how it works. Just to add my two cents.

And forgot to mention it, but this timer would persist even if the character is logged out. SWTOR currently does something similar but they do theirs for 2 hours. After that, it’s permanent and cannot refund.

1. What if there was a timer per character that if you exchange any heroic set (Via npc),that character couldn't trade in any set for 30 days? or 2. Once a character trades in a set,the new set becomes no-trade . That way players would still have to do content to get tokens to still get more sets . but each set has a 1 time trade in ?
