City distances 1500m reduction to 1000 or 1200m

I realize at one time city growth was hoping to reach 600m of land, for a future rank 6 city. I see its difficult for many cities and Mayors to retain citizenship at the shuttleport rank 4 rate which is 24 residents. With that in mind, would you consider, reducing cityhall distances to another city hall to 1000m, the original distance. .I just dont see rank 6 being attainable and the ability to retain it would be difficult for most of us. So my request is to change cityhall distances from 1500m down to 1000m . .Thanks in advance.

I would think a smaller area would help for future growth..to help with growth Ive been on long enough to for see a boom with the attention you all are putting in already.. Future Space (I'm Zol'tor) and Mando plans I feel will spread fast.. Plus your attention to Very welcoming PVP . I wouldnt do PVP until I met the groups involved recently.. hope a reduction happens .. Ive buit and know pains use.. well thanks .. see you all soon.
