I don't know how it works on this server but I noticed when I flew my POB on a different server I did not get credit for ship kills for the Space Slayer Collections; and I felt robbed after all the time spent setting up my POB ship and the group. So it would be nice if at least the pilot and co-pilot get credit for gunner kills.
POB occupants all get credit for ship kills of gunners for the Space Slayer Collections.

Pilot for sure. Co-piloting is usually just done by a gunner, so that might be more of add an afk guy in for more credit. But, fine by me either way!
True but if there is a Co-pilot he should be compensated; and what about the guy/s running around putting out plasma fires. They should be compensated too logically IMO.
As far as I can tell, plasma fires are basically an RP thing. They disappear on station repair and don't cause damage fast enough to be threatening. I wouldn't even mind seeing them made more dangerous so that gunners actually would have an "Oh shit!" moment to force them out to effect repairs.
I've never personally seen a POB field a dedicated crewman for repairs. That would almost be... disrespectful? (Given how boring it would be, how unlikely it is they would be needed, and how small of an impact they would make even if they did happen upon the rare case of doing something).
My main concern is avoid a situation like this: Me and a friend (2 players) take all our alts in the POB and get something like the gunboat collection done. 16 Vigo schematics for the price of 1!
So at the moment I'd lean towards..

- Pilot: yes!
- Co-pilot: maybe?
- Everyone else: probably not
You can also have the guy repair armor and other components as well as the structure. But from playing on a different server IDK about this sever. That's what I was getting at. So IMO that guy deserves a little appreciation; and from a pilot that did that in a fight I would really not want be with out that guy if I could help it. I have faith the team at Evolve will make space better. But there's my 2 cents.
