Add the Desert Skiff to the Daily Token Vendor

Like the title says it would be nice to see the desert skiff added to the daily token vendor. The vendor already has the Barc, Varactyl, and everything else you get when you create your account minus the 1 per account items.

There are plans to add this to the World Boss Vendor when that update drops.
