Dantari Rock Village POI

I have the /WP from the poi guide and not able to get the badge. I've covered every inch of the Dantari Rock Village and no badge. Has anybody else had issues with this?

I just did this on one of my alts who didn't have the POI badges, and here is where it triggered, which is the waypoint listed in the wiki
