Limit Range of SL Buffs

I've noticed a concerning meta of SL buffs being given by SL buffs bots completely out of harms way. This completely devalues the role of GA users, for example, because the buff bot can just spam all buffs on loop and keep the whole group full on action.

I suggest limiting SL buffs to only apply if within 128 meters of the caster.

I think this is a fantastic idea. Gives the support role players an important role and makes them an important target.
