Jedi:
- The showCouncilRank command will now have a more verbose output.
- A bug with the FRS system has been fixed and Jedi players have been rewarded previously earned Force Rank XP that wasnt showing
- Next Rank Update will be Thursday
- Jedi can now earn Space related XP properly
- Area GCW will now work appropriately outside of PvP Zones so all support characters should recieve credit
- Fixed related bug where group members got GCW anytime someone died
- Fixed some issues with Spot a Sucker Debuff

- Applied additional exploit fixes around hand sampling/surveying
