I think you might be taking this a little too seriously. If you don't want pvp, don't flag up or enter a pvp zone, and don't double click Jedi. It's really a simple as that. To add to that, you could also remain neutral as a crafter or ent so that flagging up isn't even a possibility.

This looks like a lot of work to solve a problem that's barely even there. It takes zero work to completely avoid pvp if that's what you're looking to accomplish.

The same could be said of many, if not all, single target abilities against certain pvp targets. That's just the nature of the beast with people having such high dodge/parry and single target attacks.
