I feel that certain POIs that contain valued loot (for example NS locations) could just have macro dump zones enabled. Which would require less policing and eliminate any type of AFKing there. Stat loot really isn't worth much I don't see the need for certain areas of ryatt trail or like...

as long as there's some type of invite macro going I don't see the issue you can just join and then get your kills.
