Jedi is not an elite class by any means necessary. Is it stronger than base NGE? Absolutely, but so is everything else. Whilst getting to rank 6 may help you live longer against opponents in a 1v1 situation it will not carry you in a fight against more than 1 competent PvPer as much as people...

I'd say as far as QoL side for Jedi, it should go to the menu format in which you can pick the meditation buff you want along with the increased timer. Having to PvP the meditation boss to get the buff I want is a little on the annoying side.

I’m not saying you’re wrong in that it should definitely be changed. I’m just saying if it does go to your own account something I’d be alright with is definitely a lower chance per toon, or go the latter I’ve suggested and make buffing other people a 100% chance for a token in the 15 minutes...

It’s per character, I’ve gone down the line buffing some friends willing to help out to get my whole 5 piece set done and it took less than a few hours. And last I checked the jewelry was trade-able but I could be wrong on that part.

But because it’s on a 15 minute timer per person buffed if you were to have say 6 chances from your own account every 15 minutes you could in theory get lucky and get 24 in a single hour of buffing if you got every single one. I’ve had times where I’ve gotten a token 4-5 times in a row before.

It does have a 15 minute timer currently, however that’s not for your own account nor is it a 100% chance. To combat the lower population I could be for the buffing own toons, or even making the chance for a token 100% that way the small pop that does come through can actually net you something.

The problem definitely isn’t off the cuff/end of the line as those have always been a smuggler’s initial burst window outside of lucky break procs. It’s that people can get nutty abilities to mix with it like snipe/ambush way too early in their respected trees. Any ability with that high of base...

Realistically I’d like to say if you don’t PvP you’re SoL with the buffs. I’d be willing to meet y’all in the middle with an opt-in system and buffs specific to those only while PvPing.

I didn’t say current gcw buffs, what I said was PvP specific. So maybe introduce some new buffs specifically for that side while still maintaining everything else for current players.

Right but if you turn this into an opt-in like system and add PvP specific buffs to only be used by the people that actually opt-in it would now allow the PvPers to feel special while everyone can still climb ranks.

Also hence why they stated, much like the current opt-in system, in which you blatantly disregarded by saying it’s not an opt-in system.

There is no other way to get bountied if you aren’t PvPing, hence why they go hand in hand.

Maybe if you’d take a portion of that super powered brain, that can remember so much from “live,” and directed it towards the patch notes you could find the changes without looking silly. But I’ll break it down Barney style and highlight them for you.

Bh system is already an opt-in/out like system. I think you’re just missing the entire discussion here and throwing whatever you want into play.

Killing your alt would still be the same player, don’t see how that could even be held up in any argument.
