You're absolutely right the Unique Lightsaber from the Invasion content is still missing stats that would make it comparable with other saber equipment.

I’ll put this on the team’s radar for discussion and consideration for a future update. While we’re currently focused on our development roadmap, we always try to address gaps like this when the opportunity arises.
