Travel back to the Dearic Starport and travel to the planet Naboo, city Keren, Hotel.

Start talking about Jabba the Hutt. Choose the TOP option every step of the conversation until the quest progresses.

Walk out of the Hotel,
Call your Instant Travel Vehicle and travel to Dee'ja Peak Shuttleport.
(Note you can use /claim, Star Wars Galaxies Starter Pack reward: an X-Wing or TIE Fighter instant transport vehicle, Open your inventory by hitting "I". Navigate to the Instant Travel Terminal Deed, Right Mouse Button Click, Grant Ability. Hit semi colon ";", select Travel tab, and drag Call Pickup to your Ability Bar for fast access. I prefer row 2 slot 10).

Once in Dee'ja Peak, cross the bridge, go up the stairs, first house on the left, second floor.
Talk to Uwo Poal on second floor. No Credits. (If doing this with a group have everyone start conversation and don't kill until everyone has finished conversing).

Travel back to Mort on Talus.
You could use an Instant Travel Vehicle to quickly travel to Theed then travel to Talus, city Dearic.

Have a conversation once again with Mort to progress the quest to phase II.

Travel back to the Dearic Starport and travel to the planet Tatooine, city Eisley, or use your Fast Travel to Eisley.
Once in Eisley use your Instant Travel Vehicle and travel to Wayfar Shuttleport.
Should see Jabba's Palace in the distance.

Travel to Jabba's Palace and talk to Jawl.

Have a conversation, and NO, about a translator.
Return to Wayfar, Cantina and talk to Walda.

Now you may enter Jabba's Palace and speak with Jabba the Hutt.

Travel to planet Naboo, city Keren, Hotel.

Return to Jabba's Palace, on planet Tatooine, and talk to Jabba the Hutt to deliver the news.

Leave Jabba's Palace.
Use a Instant Travel Vehicle to Mos Eisley Starport.
Travel to the planet Talus, city Dearic, right across from the Starport is the Cantina.
Deliver the Good News! to Mort.

Mort gives you the Katarn Armor as a reward. On SWG Evolve this armor has 80 bonus stat points, and the ability to dye the color, all species can wear the armor.
