• PvP Single target revive has had its base cooldown increased by 30 sec to 45 sec based on user feedback

Jedi:

• Reflect Chance from Form V: Shien has been reduced from a max of 20% to 10%

Mos Eisley:

• City hall has been relocated and redecorated. I suggest that everyone goes to check it out.
