Teras Kasi:

• Adjusted Novice Teras Kasi to have 2% melee damage per point

Jedi:

• Telekenesis will now be a single target attack instead of a cone attack
• Telekenesis and Lightning Burst will no longer be effected by the rest of the lightning enhancements
• The taunt expertise will now grant both a single and aoe taunt
• Overhead Slice cooldown has been reduced to 7s from 10s
• Force Pull Snare duration has been increased from 4s to 8s
• Arterial Strike now has an action drain for 8 seconds
• Fixed FRS mail from daily to weekly
• Barrier of Blades reflect chance has been increased back to 20% from 15%
• Form 5 reflect chance has been reduced from to 25% for full investment to 20%
