<![CDATA[JSF certification]]>Please remove the mission completion requirement to fly the JSF. IIRC, that change was made in live, so anyone who attained the correct level of certification could fly it. Completion of "Doing your Duty Phase IV' was only required to obtain the deed for the ship, and it should be the same way here.
