During Phase 2 of Sickness of the Storm Lord Quest on Mustafar you are tasked with eliminating 10 Storm Lord Zealots. This has been an issue since live since in the mission area only 9 Zealots have spawn eggs. So you get to 9 of 10 and have to wait 30 minutes for the 10th needed to spawn in.
