Second, I wasn't sure where to report this, but out in the world if i select an object I get the "Enable Movement Gizmo" option and even though it says you have to be an admin to move an object it still let me move and confirm, so something isn't restricting the way it should.  I tested on that rebreather table in DWB in the med center area where that guy has the quest for the mines.  I did put it back, was wanting to see if it would actually let me move it.</p>
