Would it be possible to have a channel in Discord for any player to see if there is a bounty on them. As far as I know only smuglers and BH can review player bounties?

As far as Discord is concerned we only allow outgoing messages from the game server to discord we hooks. We will never allow communication FROM discord to the game server. Our firewalls to the server are very restrictive and only certain ports for the client to communicate are open. Discord is not a secure or trusted platform and theyve only recently begun implementing encryption around certain types of communication.
